Delivering NHS England’s adult cancer screening programmes

We’re proud and excited to share that Create/Change is part of the consortium delivering NHS England’s adult cancer screening programmes, led by Netcompany. The services will be sovereign and NHS-owned, built and run in the UK 🇬🇧.

This is a five-year, £215 million partnership covering all 7 adult screening programmes, including breast, cervical and bowel cancer. It’s one of the most ambitious digital programmes anywhere in government, shifting healthcare from treatment towards prevention: a digital pathway that connects every step of screening, from the first invitation to the final result. The existing services already reach around 15 million people every year, saving an estimated 10,000 lives.

For us, this builds on our relationship with NHSE across Screening, Vaccinations, Prevention, the NHS App and Digital Therapeutics. It’s a privilege to be working alongside NHSE colleagues and our ecosystem partners.
